When you lease a unit at Walridge Country Estate, your payment is in the form of an interest-free loan to live in the unit of your choice.  In return you receive a “Lease for Life”.  No deed of title changes hands and there are no legal or settlement fees, just a one-off administration fee.

When you vacate your home, the unit or villa is re-leased by Walridge at no cost to you and a portion is retained by the owner for further development of the village and its facilities with the balance of the monies returned to you.

Your occupancy is secure and under normal market conditions you can expect to reap the rewards of capital appreciation.
