Our History

In 1978, when Forrestfield Bible Fellowship (now HillSide Church) first acquired a six-hectare site on Berkshire Road in Forrestfield, their vision was to establish a church, retirement village, and school.

The vision for Walridge was to supply quality, low-density, retirement homes at affordable prices and this remains one of our primary objectives today.

Commencing with 52 units we have since expanded in stages to the vibrant and versatile village we are today.

We offer a variety of homes including: studio apartments, one-bedroom and two-bedroom terrace units, two-bedroom villas, and two-bedroom + study villas.  With such a variety on offer there is bound to be something perfect for you and your budget.
