About Us

In 1978, when Forrestfield Bible Fellowship (now HillSide Church) first acquired a six-hectare site on Berkshire Road in Forrestfield their vision was for a church, retirement village, and school.

The vision for Walridge was to supply quality, low-density, retirement housing at affordable prices and this remains our primary purpose. 

With 52 units originally, we have since expanded, in stages, to the vibrant community we are today.

We offer units in various styles from studio apartments to spacious two-bedroom + study homes. We have something to suit all budgets and requirements.
